    • Coordinate with multiple clients throughout app production process, resolving issues and requests as they arise.
    • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and of high quality.
    • Relay and interpret communication between client and developers in a timely manner.
    • Respond to customer complaints.
    • Test functionality and stability of all new apps before release, report issues to development.
    • Track customer issues to find bug patterns to report to development team.
    • Troubleshoot new app issues reported by clients and users.
