Romney vs. Obama in the Mobile World

With the 2012 Presidential Election coming up candidates pour millions of dollars into campaigning.  Due to the prominence of social media in our society Romney and Obama have both developed their own mobile applications.  It seems that mobile technology is the new vehicle for campaigning considering the rising use of DVR.  People are always connected to their phones, however, they are rarely watching commercials.
